James Coursier is a personal finance coach, speaker, investor, management consultant, and the author of the upcoming book, The Money Paradox: Why It’s So Simple To Become Financially Free, Yet So Few Do.

James has been working with companies and individuals for over 15 years with his specialty being in money management and finance. He has a degree in Economics and is a Chartered Accountant. James has worked and studied in four continents and has run a number of different professional networks, including a European-wide personal development group.

But, it hasn’t always been this way . . .

James grew up poor in a single mother family in Birmingham, where he had to walk to school and often skipped meals due to lack of money. He would look at his Mum, constantly stressed and worried, forever at the brink of bankruptcy, and thought, “I do not want to grow up living my life like this”.

James was young, so he did all that he thought he could and got a paper round. At first, this brought in a measly £7 a week and took 2 ½ hours work. So suffice to say, made no impact in his family’s situation. But through speaking with various people at the company, he worked out ways to multiply the income in a fraction of the time. That’s when he realised that “the secret to becoming wealthy was not just getting a job, but how you went about it”.

From that point on he was hooked. Finding creative ways to build and manage his wealth. Fast forward to now and he runs a number of different businesses, including wealth coaching, speaking, property, cryptocurrency, macroeconomic based asset investing, and management consulting.

Now that James is financially free and has achieved great success both personally and professionally, his mission is to transform millions of people’s lives through financial education, a subject that is holding so many people back from achieving what they really want from life. Money, when used in the right way, can bring a phenomenal positive impact in this world.

James is also a prolific philanthropist, having volunteered across numerous charities, including hospitals, care homes, special needs centres, homeless centres, disadvantaged youth groups, people with learning difficulties, and developing countries. James has also run a secondary school Maths department out in a remote part of South America for the charity Project Trust, and has led a UK-wide dyslexia network empowering dyslexics to succeed when transitioning to employment or dealing with changes in their career.
